With more than 30 years’ experience in the Ticketing Industry in Australia and UK, Jo has gathered a wealth of knowledge of Ticketing, CRM, Subscriptions, Fundraising, E-Marketing and CMS as they apply to venues, festivals, agencies and theatre companies.
Jo, with Angela Higgins founded the Ticketing Australia Conference in 2018 to build on the legacy of the Ticketing Professionals Conference led by Tim Roberts in the early 2000’s.
Jo now proudly serves on the INTIX Board of Directors to drive policy and enhance global affiliations and membership.
