With more than 15 years of experience in ticketing, live entertainment and major event operations, Lauren’s career has spanned an incredibly diverse range of events, from greenfield festivals to major stadiums, spanning music, sports and theatre.

Lauren is passionate about working alongside clients to solve complex operational challenges and continually improve how live experiences are delivered. She believes a fan-first mindset leads to better decisions, and that the strongest outcomes come from bringing together the right people, processes and technology.
